Terms and Conditions
Please notice that course fees must be paid in full prior to the course starting date. Your enrolment will be only be confirmed after payment has been received.
For group classes: The Language Hub reserves the right to reduce the number of hours in the course if class numbers do not reach the minimum number of people (5). Our classes normally run for 1 ½ hour but we give an extra half hour when we have more than 6 people per group so to make sure every student gets the time to practice or ask questions. In any case we guarantee full coverage of the program. In case a course will need to be cancelled, students will be refunded immediately.
The average number of students per class is 5 to 10 people
For private lessons: In the case of cancellation of a lesson by the student, 24 hours notice is required, otherwise, the full fee will be charged. Classes are sold in packages of a minimum of 5 hours and have an expiry of 8 weeks from commencement of the first class. Exceptions will be considered in extreme circumstances if our reception is contacted prior to the lesson commencing.
* Fees are not refundable under any circumstances once the course has started therefore we ask students to please consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment.
